3M  483W  Wetordry  Fabricut Waterproof Silicon Carbide Sanding Screen. A silicon carbide abrasive product constructed on durable screen cloth backing.

Can be run wet or dry, It will smooth out any scratches on foam, drywall, ceramics, old finish removal and wet deck sanding. Durable, Fabri-Cut open screen cloth mesh with a waterproof bond permits easy cleaning of sanding residue for improved cutting efficiency and for use where filling or loading is a problem with normal types of abrasives. Also used for highlighting metal substrates prior primer coating.
